Accessibility at the Plaza

Hello, BHoF Weekender attendees!

In the interest of accessibility of information, we wanted to provide the following key points that can make your planning easier.

General Information

  • The Plaza Hotel & Casino is located at 1 N Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States. An official property map is available on their website here
  • There are many options for public transportation around Las Vegas, including taxis, “the Deuce,” the “Downtown Loop,” the “Vegas Loop,” and rideshare apps like Lyft. See the Getting Around Las Vegas page for more information.
  • Up-to-date information about the Weekender, including the Schedule of Events and a convention-specific map will be available here during the event.

Mobility Access

  • The Plaza is wheelchair and scooter accessible, with level or ramped pathways and elevator access available throughout key event areas. Wheelchair and scooter rentals are available through the Bell Desk located on the first floor next to the food court.
  • The Showroom’s main entrance uses steps, but level/ramped access is available via the side entrance.
  • Attendees using wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices should check in at the station located at the bottom of the showroom stairs. Showroom staff in pink sashes can direct them to the appropriate entrance.

Seating & Access

  • This year, BHoF introduced multiple options for seating, including ADA and Comfort Class for those who may benefit from wider seat-widths.
  • ADA and Comfort Class seating categories have limited availability and are first-come, first-served.
  • Advance requests for either category can be made by emailing tickets@bhofweekend.com.
  • On-site requests can be made via showroom staff.
  • For attendees comfortable with transferring out of their mobility aid, booth and standalone seat options, with storage available nearby for devices not currently in use.
  • Space is allotted in the same area for those who prefer to stay seated in their mobility aid.

A bar may not be available on the level where you are seated. Servers will be working the showroom and can bring drinks to your location.

Health & Safety

  • Masking is encouraged but not required while at the Plaza. Please be mindful of others and stay isolated if you’re ill.
  • Masks are available on-site for those who do not bring their own. See showroom staff.
  • Please be conscious of others and avoid wearing strong scents while in public spaces.

Quiet / Sensory Room

  • BHoF has arranged a Quiet Room for those in need of a low-sensory environment away from the casino and convention. It is located on level 3 in the same area as official vendors and classes. See Convention Floor map (bottom center of map)
    • There will be blankets, coloring books, coloring tools, noise-reduction earmuffs, foam earplugs, pocket tissues, low lighting, and a white noise machine available in the Quiet Room for general use.
    • Please leave the Quiet Room as you found it for the benefit of other guests and refrain from loud conversation while inside.
