It’s the reason you’re here! Shimmy on down to the Burlesque Hall of Fame museum during the Weekender. Take a guided tour of the timeline of burlesque throughout American history among exhibits containing costumes, stage props, photographs, and personal effects.
The Shimmy Shuttle departs The Orleans Hotel & Casino valet and drops you off at the Burlesque Hall of Fame museum in the Downtown Arts District. You will have time to take a tour, explore the gift shop and take photos before the Shimmy Shuttle takes you back to The Orleans.
The Shimmy Shuttle cost is $30 door-to-door, which includes the cost of admission to the museum!
Shuttle times round-trip from The Orleans (schedule is the same Thurs 6/5 and Fri 6/6):
- Tour 1- Pick up 11:15am / Return to Orleans 1:15pm
- Tour 2 – Pick up 12:15p / Return to Orleans 2:15pm
- Tour 3 – Pick up 1:15p / Return to Orleans 3:15pm

All times approximate (due to loading/unloading times and traffic). PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST DEPART BHoF IN THE SAME SHUTTLE GROUP IN WHICH YOU ARRIVED.
Walk-ups will be accommodated if seats are available, which is often not the case. It is required that you are on the correct bus. You absolutely must remain on the bus you purchased a ticket for and do not shuttle hop. We cannot accommodate passengers wanting to stay and shop or explore at the risk of stranding others. Should you chose to stay, please let the shuttle hostess know and you will be responsible for your own transportation back.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. If you are purchasing your pass the day-of, it is recommended that you arrive early and register on the will-call list as remaining seats are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. Day of tickets are cash only.
This bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift. There is space for 2 wheelchairs. Please select “Wheelchair Space” if you require use of the wheelchair lift, and let the BHoF volunteer at the Orleans valet know if you need assistance entering or exiting the bus.
